Our concept is 80% Nutrition and 20% Exercise and joining our fit classes you will have 100% success. Apart from moving and improving your posture, strength and breath you have fun and come with all the family. In fact, even children are welcome to join our fitness classes.
I am a fully qualified and licensed fitness coach and the aim of the fitness classes is also to meet people and make new friends. In our fitness classes, you will be motivated thus reaching your goals. If for any reason you can’t join, I have personal trainers who also can guide you, just ask and a programme can be designed for you.
