Every day is a gift, let's celebrate it through the practice of yoga!
Grab your mat and yoga equipment (block/cushion/pillow and a strap/belt), and come and join us at the Fort Saint Angelo, Vittoriosa. The place offers a wide space where social distancing is respected for the wellbeing of everyone.

If the weather is nice, we take the mats outside, and practice our yoga outdoors! Otherwise, the class will be held indoors
Drink plenty of water and do not eat heavy foods before the lesson. Be open to expand physically, mentally and spiritually.
